CBOX Containers Acquires Sedna Containers

CBOX Containers, a leading provider of innovative container solutions, is proud to announce the acquisition of Sedna Containers, effective June 11, 2025. This strategic acquisition unites the strengths of both companies to serve customers even better with a broader range of products, deeper expertise, and stronger national and international coverage.

 
Sedna Containers, founded in 2014 by Henk Rademaker, has grown into a strong and successful company over the past years. Together with his team, Henk positioned Sedna as a reliable player in the container sales, rental, modification, and cabin markets. Henk will remain active within the organization and will now contribute his expertise under the CBOX Containers brand. In his new role, he will be responsible for the Sales & Rental department of CBOX Containers Netherlands.

 
The growth of Sedna Containers was also made possible thanks to co-shareholder Rogier Vervoort, founder of Dutch Container Merchants (DCM). From the very beginning, Rogier expressed his confidence in Henk Rademaker and his vision. By facilitating this acquisition, he now also places his trust in CBOX Containers and its future as a market leader. DCM and CBOX have been nurturing a strong partnership for many years.
