When you look at the dimensions, it is clear that the 8ft container is not only less long but also less high, this is of course nice if a storage container has to be placed somewhere inside or you simply have to deal with a maximum height at the location of placement. An 8ft storage container can also be placed in a larger container for transport, so ordering larger numbers in combination with larger storage containers can make a significant difference in transport costs. Due to its relatively light weight, the 8ft storage container can be moved very easily with a forklift.

The 10ft storage container therefore offers more space for storage. If you are thinking of storing furniture and larger items, the 10ft container will qualify for this more quickly. The 10ft storage container can also be moved by forklift.

The smallest storage containers do not necessarily have the smallest prices when it comes to purchasing a container. Precisely because the smaller dimensions of storage containers are scarce, the purchase prices for these are relatively high, also in comparison with the larger dimensions such as the 20ft storage container.
